How does the free trial work?
It’s simple: you’ll create an account and add 2 websites during the trial. You’ll have unlimited access to all features. After 30 days, we’ll ask you to choose a plan.
Will we be charged when our trial is up?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so you’ll only be charged when you decide. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll ask for payment details. If not — well, we won’t.
Do you provide refunds?
No, we don’t. We offer a free 30-day trial for you to try all the features and see if the product is a good fit for you. We are even willing to extend the trial by a week if you need it. But once you are convinced and subscribe to a plan, we do not offer refunds. You can, however, cancel your plan at any time and we will not charge you for subsequent periods.
What if we need more than 30 days of trial?
We’ll give you time. Just let us know and we’ll happily extend your trial for another week.
